Where and How We Ship
We ship using UPS ground to the 48 contiguous states. Orders with Canadian shipping addresses will be sent USPS, and may be subject to delays along with Customs inspections.

Shipping cost are based on sales.
Canadian residents add additional $7.50.

Tracking Numbers:
Once shipped UPS will E-mail customers tracking numbers once order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, contact us and we will be happy to supply you with this information. You may wish to check your e-mail spam filter; many times spam filters delete these tracking number emails.

Customers with P.O. Boxes:
UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Please supply a non-PO box shipping address; if you specify a PO box, orders will be shipped USPS and your order may be subject to a delay.

Shipping in the 48 contiguous states:
We ship UPS Ground to non-PO Box address in the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges are based on the total price of your order. Please see our chart above for actual shipping charges. We also offer expedited shipping via UPS. If you would like to pay extra for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, please send us an email. Include what your order will consist of and the town and zip code of where the order is going to and we will email you back with an exact quote. Expedited shipping will be based on weight.

P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Military, US Affiliates, and other US outlying areas:
Shipping charges are based the weight and dimensions of your order. Please email us for a direct quote. Please include all of the items you wish to order as well as the where the items will be sent to. Your order will be shipped through the US Postal Service. We can only accept payment by check or money order for orders going to these locations.

International Shipping:
Please email us for a direct quote on shipping prices. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your order so please be sure to include exactly what you would like to order as well as your country. International orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. Fees are quoted in US Dollars and must be paid in same. Shipping times may vary based on the postal service and customs rules available in your area. Duties and other taxes may be applicable. We can only accept payment by check or money order for orders shipping internationally.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please email us for a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded. Items must be in their original box and in resalable condition. We will not accept items that are not in their original boxes or in resalable condition. Please mail the curtains and a copy your invoice to us via UPS or insured-prepaid US Mail. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the refund. Please include the reason for the return, so we can better serve your needs in the future. Once we received the return and have inspected it, you will be sent a refund via the method of payment.
